About Me
Peace,
Since my Momma gave me life, I knew I was meant for a higher purpose. I've found that purpose in storytelling. When I was in high School that sounded like, battle rapping with classmates at the lunchroom table. Just before graduation, I found poetry. The two meshed perfectly and produced a bevy of audible goodies that helped start my legacy.
My gift with words has taken me many places over the years. I've toured cities, performed at various colleges, I was even part of a one night only off-Broadway play at St. Luke's Theater. While touring for Born 2 Be vol. 2, I had to be my own camera guy. That looked like, filming and editing my own music videos, EPK interviews and BTS. Before long, other artists asked me to film their material too. It's been 7 years since that tour. During that time, I've had the opportunity to work with fashion designers, modeling agencies, news coverage outlets and screenplay writers.
That is how Reign Taylor, the cinematographer and camera operator was born. Through grit, determination and a healthy mentorship, I've become a reliable eye behind the lens. Let me help you tell your story on screen.
